The Oetiker Swing Coupling minimizes pressure loss and offers a flow rate up to 60% higher than a standard airline coupling. The Oetiker SC swing coupling has a unique two stage self venting system that expels the air from the down stream line preventing any hose whip and insuring a safe working envirnoment. Oetiker swing couplings are available in nominal sizes DN6, DN8, and DN11.

They are compatable with most popular plug systems.  The SC coupling has a operating pressure up to 25 bar and a disconnection pressure up to 15 bar and is also suitable for technical vacuums up to 100 mbar. The SC Coupling has an operating temperature of -20 Deg to + 100 Deg C. Higher temperatures and pressures are obtainable through the use of differant seals.
